This stately Tudor style home, built in 1915, was one of the first in its area. It’s careful
renovation and seamless addition was focused on blending the old and new while preserving the original architecture. From matching 100 year old brick to the use of modern materials in the context of the Arts and Crafts Movement of the early 1900’s, diligent attention was given to every detail.

HIGHLIGHTS

• Addition spaces included new Kitchen, Pantry, attached Garage with Bonus Room above
• Exterior finishes for additions, as well as exterior repairs, feature stucco texture cement board panels in lieu of traditional stucco exterior finish
• Interior millwork in new spaces was custom-milled to match original millwork details
