Andy oversees construction with precision, ensuring subcontractors stay on schedule and every detail meets Radiant’s standards for quality, safety, and craftsmanship. Known for his calm demeanor and problem-solving mindset, Andy has a rare ability to take even the most complex design challenges and figure out how to build them the right way. He treats every home as if it were his own and sets the tone for excellence across our team. Outside of work, Andy enjoys spending time with family and working on various projects around his farmstead in rural Minnesota.
