David grew up surrounded by architecture, the son of a Tennessee architect, and learned early on the value of thoughtful design and quality craftsmanship. Today, that foundation shapes every project at Radiant Homes. David combines a love of design with a commitment to a seamless, enjoyable client experience. When he’s not guiding home builds, you might find him strumming a guitar, fishing, tossing a baseball with his four boys, or sharing a campfire with his wife, Rachel.

With over 30 years in residential construction, Andy is a cornerstone of Radiant Homes. He oversees each project with a hands-on approach, ensuring every detail meets the team’s high standards. Known for his calm demeanor and practical problem-solving, Andy treats every home as if it were his own. Outside the job site, he enjoys family time and tackling projects on his Minnesota farmstead.
Paul Nelson
Project Superintendent
Paul brings decades of experience and a carpenter’s precision to every build. He thrives on the challenges of custom home construction and takes pride in delivering a home that truly delights the homeowner. Straightforward, candid, and deeply skilled, Paul’s colleagues and clients alike appreciate his honesty and dedication. When he’s off the clock, you can find him hunting, fishing, or putting his carpentry talents to creative use at home.
Kristi Foell
Project Manager
With a background in interior design and nearly 25 years in construction, Kristi balances creativity with execution. She focuses on refining every detail and elevating the finished product while keeping the client experience front and center. Kristi enjoys crafting strong relationships built on trust, clear communication, and follow-through. Outside of work, she enjoys family time, podcasts, books, and jamming out to her favorite workout playlist.
Kara Skarphol
Project Coordinator
Kara’s two decades in construction, combined with her expertise in architectural drafting and estimating, make her an essential part of the team. She thrives on organization, collaboration, and bringing project details to life from blueprint to finished home. When not coordinating builds, Kara can be found pursuing her passion for stained glass, perfecting her golf swing, or cheering on her favorite hockey team—with family and friends always close by.

Accounts Manager
Amy keeps the office running smoothly and ensures every project stays on track behind the scenes. Detail-oriented, dependable, and calm under pressure, she manages accounts with precision while supporting the team in countless ways. Outside work, she enjoys health and fitness, cheering on her sons in sports, and showing off her competitive side on the pickleball court.
